30/12/05 - wednesday

one month seven days till i'm SEVENTEEN! argh!! i dun wanna be seventeen =(

anw, last night went for family dinner at al dente, esplanade. not really family. gab didnt go cuz she lazy. shared the lamb shank and two pastas with my dad, mom and danielle. yum. for desert had the chocolate something.. lol.. u know.. chocolate melted in a dish, then you dip in stuff like oreo, biscuit, strawberries, green apples, marshmellows.. lol.. so nice..

had job training at nbyn today. duno whether its fruitful or not. gabriel gave me the training manual and told me to go through it. went there at 13:03. was late for three mins and got "scolded" by him. and if i'm late next time, i'll get fined $30. -_- insane right.

my group leader was like, not free lah, so i gotta wait for four hours for her to finish. and ended up going home 45 mins later. nbyn was near by mom's office, so i called her and waited for her to finish up her work. went home with her. stopped at mount zion for awhile. my mom bought me this nice booklet of 'seeds and harvesting'. haha. was fun.

tmr got training. luckily i dont need to go to nbyn tmr. if not i need to be there at ten. so gotta risk getting fired if i dun turn up cuz of badmin.

its been perhaps a couple of weeks since i've last updated. mostly because i didnt have the mood to blog.

my mom bought this lovely plaque for me, and it reads 'for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future - Jeremiah 29:11'. she said she saw it in Mount Zion and thought about me. so sweet right? then she saw this photo frame that is just as lovely, and thought about gab and i. we're gonna fill it with some pictures as soon as we figure out how to use the printer.

didnt go for badminton camp today. went to the doc yesterday and found out i had some gastric ulcer thinger, so missed the camp. gosh, ms thio will hunt me down if i dont get my mom to call her or something.

friday - 11/11/05

saw the lovers in paris dvd at harbourfront centre. its $69.90, but there's a 10% discount, so its about $63. and its the last copy !! haiii. im afraid by the time i get money for it, it'll be sold out. =(

anyway, i've made my gift list alr. cant think of anything practical for alson though. argh.

thursday - 10/11/05

i ached like crazy the whole of yesterday. i even had difficulty sitting down. i did everything i could to relive the pain so i could go for training today. tried panadol, counterpain analgesic balm... i even went down to watson's to buy panadol extend for muscle and joint pain.

i stunk the whole bathroom up yesterday night cuz i applied the balm thinger. my sisters were complainin and complainin cuz the smell was hot to the nose and i guess its not really bearable. wanted ta slp on the couch but the smell went off ard midnight, so went back to my room to slp.

grandma was complaining that i always had badminton and blablabla. she tricked me into going to the doctor today cuz "my lips very pale". but i got two days mc..lol.. thanks to my beloved grandma.

she was nagging bout me not going for music classes n choosing badminton instead. when we were in the lift, she went all quiet cuz there was this baby in his pram, n she kept smiling at it. lol. i guess she missed taking care of us when we were young. we were less trouble then than we are now. trust me. haha.

cant wait for the job training to start. imma really looking forward to it. plus i'll be with sher =D its been so long since i really spent time w/ her. dressing ppl up with your best friend, and getting paid for it ? it doesnt get any better than this!

wednesday - 9/11/05

made a fruitful trip to sgh yesterday. there was some screwup. cheh. wastin my time.

well went for training. i lost two years of my life in juz one training. what did i do to be on the receiving end for such torture ?! if i were to die, i'd rather die breathing in poisonous gas or suffocating myself. at least its less painful.

heck, came home and spent my evening on e gameboy. lol. quite fun. n today, been doing nth except watch tv for about 2 hours, and was on the com for a few hours dl-ing songs. no nice song though... dl-ed the song aaron and the rest did at thanksgiving, and its not bad.

its gonna rain. again. i dread staying at home but at the same time i dont feel like stepping out of the house. im havin horrid muscle aches from yesterday. how on earth am i gonna survive tomorrow ??

why'd i take badmin in the first place. i didnt get in in sec 1 at first. got into girls' brigade. is that worse or better than badmin ? well i duno, i juz didnt go for a single cca meeting. lol. i didnt have enough guts to tell them i wanted out of gb. guess in the end they got fed up adn struck my name off the list.

why cant i have joined smth like library ? its simple and short. to top it off, there's aircon and angel's in that cca too. and its only until 4 in the afternoon i think. thats when the library closes. yeah, i'll have ms wong breathing down my neck but its better than runnin ard with rackets swiping in the air.

i mean, come on, i prefer flabby muscles. its not like im gonna be a bouncer or national player when i grow up. probably some office work and earn a reasonable salary. bleh. in 14 hours, im gonna have to be in the muscle mash again. argh.well. see ya.

monday - 7/11/05

i'm baaaaack. well, didnt update for so long cuz i've been caught up with tv, gameboy, tv, computer and tv again. spent half the day re-igniting my lost love of gunbound. played with either danielle or alson. there were other ppl too, sure, but they pissed me off. couldnt stop talking, but well the problem is the things they said.

slept at 11pm last night but woke up at 2am. man. i couldnt get back to sleep. twice that happened! same times too. mom said if it gets worse she'll take me to a psychiatrist.

kept myself busy by readin and playing gameboy. i got an awful crink in my neck cuz the stupid bulb of the overhead reading light blew again. at 6am, i sms-ed alson and after awhile sms-ed the express ppl like sher, berenice, isabelle, xiufeng, jon and ziluo. scary sia, today's their ss paper n something else. cant remember.

well i got the job at nbyn, but spoilsport gab doesnt want to go, so im getting sher to go for an interview after her O levels. there's no fixed pay, but they said it depends on your performance. this girl, after workin for 7 days, got a paycheck of 1k+. the first thing im gonna buy is the 'lovers in paris' dvd. about $60? besides, it'd be fun going for it with sher =)

ah well...i gotta go. till next time then. tah.

tuesday 1/11/05

well. erm.. went out with meimei and weilong on sunday. gab was supposed to go but she had a headache, so i went.went to eat, take neoprint and all that. it was fun. but i hadda leave halfway for some photo shoot at nbyn.

i was rather sore about going cuz my parents sprung it on gab and i the night before. plus i didnt get to go out with meimei often. nbyn is at raffles, near my mom's office. but in the end it was ok lar. but the best part is, my parents signed up for a package deal thinger, and gab and i got instant jobs! i mean, they're so flexible. you can come in for the training as and when you can.

but in the end gab didnt want to go for it, so i called in and asked if sher could take over. she needs an interview but qualifications arent necessary. so im starting with her around the start of december. maybe i'll stay on on the weekends when sch reopens. haha.

im up to my ears in homework. sighhh. planning on finishing everything in the first two weeks so i'll be free for badmin practice and other stuff. go go jia you! [for those who watch 'full house' you'll find it familiar. haha]
